The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers setting up appointments, collecting information in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
Provide customer feedback to management.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
Follow up with customers to provide updates regarding follow up service calls.
Accurately and concisely relaying necessary information to technicians servicing the call.
Schedule appointments for warranty companies and submit claims after service has been completed.
Manage customer email communications as needed.
Assist technicians in ordering parts and supplies as needed.
